Today, I received a much anticipated sign request and artwork from Ignacio Perez Perez. Here are some front & back images of the altered reappropriated art postcard received, entitled "The Art Effect" an Intervention on Postcard 2010, Caracas Venezuela. I will be mailing a sign out in response on Monday. The Art Is Everywhere sign project is going international!
