Art Is Everywhere at Gya

Art Is Everywhere will be on display at Gya in downtown St. Louis during Art: Agent for Change opening this Saturday. Art: Agent for Change is a Women's Caucus for Art, St. Louis exhibit that explores change as it relates to art, whether personal, technical, social/political, or economical.

If you would like to participate but haven't yet obtained a sign from me, 25 signs are available through the show while supplies last, after which most all of the signs will have been dispersed. Quantities are very limited! Keep a lookout - I will post some pictures of the signs on display after the reception Saturday.

Art Is Everywhere at Mobius

Please check out this post on the ProstitutionofArt blog, featuring information about Art Is Everywhere as included in The Prostitution of Art and Signs of Our Times at Mobius in Boston, MA. There are a lot more cool photos with the signs I sent up for the show before they were dispersed.

More Photos from Jane Wang

Jane Wang emailed these pictures of the Art Is Everywhere signs in The Prostitution of Art. The photographs were taken by Mobius member Bob Raymond. The vertical photograph features a performance by Liz Roncka and Valerie Moon (wearing 2 of the signs) taken during opening night of The Prostitution of Art/Signs of Our Times exhibition Sept 18, 2010.

Signs of Our Times

The sign that I mailed on Monday has reached its destination. I have since received more information about the Signs of Our Times show, which has its own blog. This project is great - I get a lot of inspiration from signs and enjoyed checking out the many interpretations and finds.
